If you want a coach who helps you get results without wrecking your body or your schedule, Ian’s your guy. Just be warned—he might ruin your idea of "working out" too.

Ian proved to be like no other nutritionist I’ve employed. He did not simply pull out a scripted plan about how, when, and what I should eat, but took the time to understand my eating habits and history with food. Ian is an attentive, thoughtful, and responsive coach. He is earnest in his encouragement and helped me to set goals during our time together that have helped me to become a healthier eater. I am grateful for his help and hope to continue working with him in the future.
